I have been very frustrated trying to create a new site for our church. First I purchased a Theme and. Built many pages and then discovered a bug in one of the features.
Got another Theme and updated WP to 5.6. The visual editor WPBakery has a bug that manifests itself trying to edit the home page and doesn’t work right. I am tryng to get the vendor to fix it.
It is also hard using the editor to place elements where I want them on the screen.
This may be a learning curve issue.
WPBakery support solved this. A plug-in called essential grid was the cause.
